About the role

As Marketing Manager, Americas you will support the execution of marketing campaigns and assets in North America. You will collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and vendors to help execute strategic marketing programs. 

The ideal candidate is an independent self starter, who thrives on creativity, organization, and collaboration. This role offers a marketer the unique opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of marketing – demand generation, marketing communications, product marketing, event and customer marketing. In addition, while this role will focus on campaign management in North America, this individual will also gain exposure to global marketing, coordinating with colleagues in Europe to help localize global campaigns. 

 

Your responsibilities

  • Manage all operational aspects of marketing campaigns including project management, timelines, asset/content development, localization, and budget tracking
  • Help manage projects and relationships with external contractors and vendors 
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns in Hubspot, Gainsight, website CMS and organic social media as well as offline channels
  • Help team develop presentations, collateral and newsletter content
  • Ensure on-time delivery and flawless execution of campaigns by managing project dashboards, approval process, and project status in Asana
  • Support marketing process improvements to drive increased efficiencies and ease of doing business with both internal and external shareholders
  • Work with your manager to set clear attainable project objectives, build and gather requirements from internal stakeholders, and manage the constraints, including budget, timeline, scope, quality, and effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Oversee our events calendar, contract approvals, logistics, and pre/during/post comms for the Americas, coordinating closely with team members on demand gen, brand and content, and product marketing
  • Oversee day-to-day management of social campaigns (organic and paid), ensuring they are on message and on brand

 

Your profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in demand generation, marketing communications or general marketing
  • Demonstrated project management experience is necessary
  • Experience working in a B2B/SaaS technology based organization (preferred) 
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or comparable field  
  • Experience working in project management systems (Asana), marketing automation (Hubspot or Pardot preferred), social media platforms (Hootsuite), website CMS platforms (Wordpress / Craft), and customer marketing platforms (Gainsight) related to content and campaign setup a plus
  • Experience driving production and delivery of marketing assets and social content
  • Detail and solution-oriented with strong project management and writing/editing skills
  • Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • An excellent listener and collaborator
  • Exemplary team player able to build relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders with a wide range of personality types
  • Focused and driven to excellence at the accomplishment of all tasks
  • Preference for candidates based in the EST timezone.
