About the role: 

As a networked senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for the management and development  of the EMEA Enterprise Agency Partnership team, to execute a ‘sell with’ approach together with our GTM Direct organisation. You are primarily an experienced people manager and also have a successful track record in establishing successful partnerships.


Your responsibilities: 

  • You will lead and further develop the team of Enterprise Agency Managers
  • You will secure the successful implementation of the global Enterprise Agency strategy
  • You will work closely with the Global VP Enterprise Agencies and other teams to support the continuous development and improvement of  ‘best practices’ processes for acquiring new partners and growing existing ones
  • GTM planning, pipeline management and forecasting a core part of your team management disciplines
  • You will support your team in closing, managing and developing the partnerships 
  • You will work closely with the direct teams in existing markets to secure a successful execution of  a ‘sell with’ strategy 
  • Internally, you will work with relevant departments to ensure optimal agency experience
  • Networking at trade shows, conferences and other events will be a part of your responsibilities


Your profile:

  • You have 5+ years experience in building and leading a channel sales team and a very good understanding of SAAS based selling
  • You have relevant experience within the Partnership field, preferably in the digital marketing field working with digital agencies
  • You have excellent presentation and communication skills
  • You are a team player who positively enjoys succeeding in a team environment
  • You are a graduate, ideally with a degree in business, marketing, or technical discipline
  • You are fluent in English. German or French is a plus.
