About the role:

As (Senior) Partner Growth Manager you will support and develop our international partner business. You will own the client relationship from onboarding onwards across the entire lifecycle. Your key focus will be to drive organic MRR growth and retention within your client subset.

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • You own the entire partner lifecycle, from onboarding to ramp down
  • You are the the key contact for our partners, orchestrating all critical enablement pieces on our partner’s behalf, with internal stakeholders like Finance, Solution Engineering, Product, Marketing and Legal
  • You align on the account strategy, considering partner needs and requirement to ensure Uberall stays top of mind and gets the attention needed, to realize successful and sustainable growth
  • You will maintain relationships on every management level (including C-level)
  • You orchestrate the multi-layer engagement strategy between our Partners and us
  • You drive organic growth, by enabling our partners in areas like: Go-to-market fit, selling & fulfilling the product marketing initiatives, and territorial expansion
  • You will reduce contraction by reducing end-client churn and increase end-client retention
  • You negotiate renewals and upsell, including the composition of legal agreements in collaboration with our inhouse legal team
  • You moderate commercial client escalations with internal and external stakeholders
  • You are a networker at trade shows, conferences, and other events – you like to inspire people about what you do at Uberall

 

Your profile:

  • You already gained international experience (5 years+) in partner management or business development roles on Enterprise Level - ideally SaaS related, with a big plus for online marketing products or (digital) business directories
  • You are customer oriented and put our clients first
  • You have a visionary mindset - Meaning: You are capable of creating chances, you are able to evaluate these chances from an entrepreneurial viewpoint and you are able to translate our offerings to benefits our partners need
  • You are able to capture different needs our partners have and manage their customers on a multidimensional level
  • You have sound technical knowledge to meet your prospects on eye level
  • Demonstrative sales and consulting strength and very high negotiation and communication skills, especially on C-level
  • You take the initiative in your work, focus on details in every moment, are structured, thorough and extremely partner and service-oriented
  • Successful completion of relevant studies in business management or any other relevant topic
  • You are flent in the local language(s) of the regions you are working on
