About the role:

In the role as Salesforce Business Analyst (m/f/d), you will be responsible for building up our BI infrastructure to enhance data-driven decisions made by various stakeholders like Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Marketing, etc. . You will not be bound by any technical specifications, much more we prefer a pragmatic approach on what works best for Uberall in a specific situation and you will directly report to the Senior Director of Business Intelligence.



Your responsibilities:

  • You and the team will be building up our BI infrastructure with the goal to enhance data-driven decisions in all areas of Uberall
  • You build and maintain dashboards in Tableau, Metabase, Salesforce … to provide all necessary information to any stakeholder
  • You will translate and analyze complex data questions into meaningful insights, solving business problems on a regular and ad hoc basis
  • You are going to support and train our users in interpreting data and use our analytical tools and share knowledge amongst other BI Analysts to move the complete team to the next skill level
  • You are comfortable to make clear recommendations for the team and accept accountability for them
  • You are able to find the balance between required data points capture, data quality, and users not wanting to insert data points
  • You favour data democracy by enabling every Uberaller to access data needed to gain insights and make data-driven decisions

 

Your profile:

  • Relevant working experience in the Data and Analytics field; ideally in the field of Business Intelligence in a SaaS company
  • Great knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem is a must-have, ideally, you as well gained experience with tools like Gsheets, Power BI, Tableau and already have been working with relational databases, which reflects your enthusiasm about technology
  • Your proven track record in understanding deep business requirements and show business acumen
  • Ability to strategically analyze and pivot data to develop concise and actionable insights
  • You are able to identify the actual problem from the symptoms in a pleasant and respectful manner furthermore you are experienced in integrating data from various systems and making it accessible to the organization 
  • Ability to consistently deliver quality outputs in a fast-paced environment, work to tight deadlines, and contribute to a fun, fast-paced, high impact and dynamic environment
  • You have an excellent command of the English language, any other language like German or Dutch would be a plus
  • Preferably you have advanced statistical analysis and programming skills and a business administration background/knowledge
  • Strong presentation skills experience in training and user acceptance testing will be highly appreciated
