About the role:

As a (Senior) Field Marketer - Webinar and Virtual Events (m/f/d), you will be the digital expert within the Field Marketing team and responsible for overseeing, planning, and executing all aspects of Uberall’s webinars and virtual events. This position requires a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and service-focused individual. 


Your responsibilities:

  • Digital/Webinar Focus:
    • Facilitate and support a schedule of approximately 2 to 5 webinars per month with other Uberall team members and partners.
    • Launch all archived webinars on Uberall.com.
    • Monitor and coordinate webinar calls.
    • Accurately track and reconcile webinar attendance in the CRM database.
    • Guide in presentation styling and formatting.
    • Market and advertise webinars to generate incremental revenue.
    • Design and execute effective Webinar and Virtual Event Follow Up according to best practices
    • Train and support internal departments on webinar procedures to improve the overall webinar experience.
    • Setup a roadmap of webinar topics to target the buyer’s journey funnel from awareness to purchase.
    • Provide ongoing feedback to the Marketing Directors on how to continually improve the program.
  • General Field Marketing Responsibilities:
    • Own the digital events, webinar, partnerships channels and leverage them for maximum demand gen impact.
    • Uncover Market Opportunities and execute against them.
    • Ensure all digital events and marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, measure and report on their effectiveness.
    • Following the Uberall process, project managing all campaigns from beginning to end ensuring they meet the target objectives.
    • Work in collaboration with external agencies and 3rd parties to prepare, manage and execute campaigns.
    • Be a leader in building and driving process within the Field Marketing organization.


Your profile:

  • 5+ years of experience building and executing a channel strategy.
  • Experience with working with direct sales and channel sales teams.
  • Extremely analytical and organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • You share our values, and work in accordance with those values.
  • Proven aptitude to build and drive a budget within your channel
  • Experience in enterprise solution demand creation and field marketing.
  • Capacity to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution.
  • Excellent communicator with proven aptitude to clearly convey ideas and data in written and verbal presentations to a variety of audiences. This role will require effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
