We plan to seize on this momentum to rapidly expand in North America and become the undisputed global leader in space. This role is pivotal to us executing on this journey!! 


About the role:

We are looking for a Director of Global Sales Enablement to join our GTM Operations team. In this role, you will work closely with the Uberall Leadership team to build and execute the Enablement Strategy for GTM organization. This role will be an experienced, trusted, strategic advisor, partnering with a VP of GTM Operations to align enablement strategy with business priorities. You will own the Enablement agenda end-to-end design, delivery and tracking of enablement programs to accelerate talent development across different functions.

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Build and execute Global Enablement strategy resulting in greater productivity and success across GTM organization 
  • Align with field leaders to assess and prioritize enablement needs and translate those into effective programs developed and delivered by the team.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of Uberall go-to-market strategy and approach, and translate that into relevant, impactful enablement programs
  • Supervise the planning and execution of the annual Sales Kickoff, Sales Bootcamps and various Readiness & Enablement events
  • Roll out a comprehensive new hire on-boarding program in tight collaboration with HR
  • Build and launch Certification programs, Peer Learning and Shadowing programs
  • Implement the development, delivery and training of effective sales playbooks in tight collaboration with GTM leadership, HR, revenue operations, and product marketing. 
  • Provide thought leadership and direction for the creation and maintenance of sales procedures, training materials, and other resources
  • Work with Partnership organization and revenue operations on creating external enablement content for Resellers
  • Define strategy for CMS and LMS systems 
  • Develop the metrics and the overall KPIs for the sales enablement initiatives
  • Partner up with HR and GTM leadership to refine hiring profiles for GTM organization and enhance interview process
  • Lead and encourage team with positivity and optimism, creating a culture of high expectations and achievement 

 

Your profile:

  • 8 years + relevant experience in a GTM role in an enablement capacity
  • Data-driven with program management experience is strongly preferred 
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills are a requirement
  • Experience managing people 
  • Demonstrated ability to seamlessly manage competing priorities
  • Previous experience in a quota-carrying role and the ability to understand the challenges that the sales team encounters daily is preferred
  • Strong understanding of Content Management and Learning Management systems 
  • Bachelor Degree required
