About the role

Product partner managers lead efforts to ensure our technical connections with our Product partners are well integrated, running smoothly, appropriately monitored and operationally supported. You will work with a dedicated team of engineers to prioritise and plan development efforts and manage reported tickets from clients. You will regularly communicate with partners and proactively propose data-based solutions to improve performance. Product partner managers strive for operational excellence and generating indirect revenue by growing partners to increase the overall value of our product.

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain internal documentation on product partnerships 
  • Manage the onboarding of all new technical partners
  • Write implementation tickets 
  • Plan integrations with the developers
  • Manage timelines for technical work both internally with engineers and externally with partners
  • Proactively monitor results of partner health checks and identify potential issues to communicate to publishers
  • Address issues with relevant internal stakeholders and partner, collaborate to find efficient and effective solutions
  • Leverage data insights and product expertise to lead strategic operations for partners
  • Communicate regularly with partners to ensure both partners are always improving with our feedback
  • Communicate regularly with wider organisation about partner performance
  • Write clear partner documentation
  • Become product expert master and evangelist 



Requirements

  • + 2 years experience in a Partner Onboarding, Project management, technical Account Management role or similar (ideally in a SaaS company)
  • Ownership mentality. You will be responsible for the success of the integration with partners
  • A sense of urgency. You are able to quickly prioritize between different tasks and make fast decisions based on business value
  • Familiar with navigation and local marketing ecosystems
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to step back and form or read a story
  • Technical skills: you can read and understand API documentation, solid with Excel and basic SQL
  • Fluent in English, German a plus
