About the role:

As a B2B Email Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the strategy and execution of lead nurturing campaigns, defining triggers to send automated emails, deciding the email content strategy, writing the email copy, and creating the emails in Pardot. You arrange proactively monitor email performance to and continuously optimize them, also ensuring consistency with our marketing messaging and branding and with outreach emails sent by SDRs.


Your responsibilities:

  • Strategize and own lead nurturing
  • Write email copy (in English)
  • Create emails in the marketing automation software
  • Manage translations to other languages, liaising with an external provider
  • Collaborate with the SDR team to ensure consistency and alignment between marketing emails and outreach emails
  • Report on campaign results and perform continuous optimizations


Your profile:

  • At least 3 years of Marketing experience
  • At least 2 years of Digital Marketing experience, preferably in a B2B startup/scaleup
  • At least 2 years of Email Marketing experience (strategy and execution)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Impeccable email copywriting skills
  • Results-driven mindset
  • Eager to learn
  • Languages: English (mandatory)
