About the role:

To enrich our high-skilled Talent Acquisition team, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner  (m/f/d) with recruiting experience for Revenue roles in ideally B2B MarTech SaaS companies and that shares our company values: Grow Together, Demonstrate Passion & Performance and Be Bold & Drive Change. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Management of the whole Recruitment cycle from briefing for the role to signing stage
  • Responsible for roles on different levels in different regions where Uberall is operating, with a focus on Germany, France & UK.
  • Continuous optimization of our current Recruiting processes in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team as well as with the Hiring Managers
  • Partner with HR to identify potential new strategic roles and consult on regions, requirements, responsibilities, goals as well as other relevant topics
  • Conduct high-level value based interviews, talk with candidates on eye-level and attract them to join Uberall
  • Prepare interviews with a clear agenda and make sure that all Hiring Team Members are easily able to evaluate each candidate
  • As an expert, screen the market and identify where we have potentials, build up / extend our Talentpool and attract them / start networking as well as update with company news
  • Collaborate very close with all of your stakeholders and act as a Recruiting Expert within the company


Your profile:

  • Proven experience in SaaS Sales Recruitment, ideally in a global B2B MarTech company
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Active sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and approaches from setting up a structured search, screening the market, evaluation candidate potential as well as strategically approach of talents
  • Empathic and creative person, who is an outstanding team player
  • Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and experience working in a data-driven recruiting environment with the ability to track and understand key metrics (conversion rates, etc)
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a natural feel for contract and salary negotiation
  • Fluent in English, French or German is a plus
